Your initial assessment lasts about 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive evaluation of your needs and goals. Together, we will develop a collaborative treatment plan and discuss the therapeutic approaches that will work best for you. Are your services confidential?

Absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines. All sessions are conducted in a secure environment, and your personal information is protected in compliance with HIPAA regulations. You can feel safe discussing your thoughts and feelings with us.

Do you Accept Insurance ?

At this time, we currently operate on a self-pay basis, with some clinicians providing a sliding scale payment system. While this may become an option in the future, it is not available at the moment.
