When a clinician sends you a Good Faith Estimate or GFE, you MUST sign it prior to your first session. This is a requirement set forth by OHIO law.

We do not accept insurance at this time, and are considered "Out of Network." 

With that being said, you can still submit your out-of-pocket payments to your insurance company, who may reimburse you and/or add it to your yearly deductible. It may also be submitted to your FSA/HSA account via the same process of submitting an invoice to your insurance. If you would like a "super bill" or a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance, one will be provided to you upon your request by your clinician.
